Tu Be’av is actually a holiday with biblical significance – a historical day when men wore white and women danced in the vineyards. Luckily, nowadays people take more of a practical approach and just go out and have a good time! This year Tu Be’av falls on July 31, a Friday night perfect for hitting the town and turning up the heat.
