Our refund and cancellation policy is 24 hours in advance to the specified starting time of the tour. Any payments, including any down payment made to TLVnights, less then 24 hours to the specified starting time of the tour are 100% not refunded.
Refunds
In case of a cancellation inside the timeframe of the cancellation policy, a refund will be issued to the buyer’s payment method (Credit card or PayPal). After issuing the refund, TLVnights is no longer responsible for the refunded payment and one should contact the company the buyer made the purchase on our website.
In some cases, and only by decision of TLVnights, a purchase who was made and cancelled outside the timeframe of the cancellation policy may be used as credit for future activities offered by TLVnights
